Japanese Ki Yoga

Beginner Level

WHAT IS IT?

A gentle, low-intensity practice inspired by Hatha yoga and Eastern philosophy, focusing on breath, mindful movement, and energy flow through the body’s meridian system. This class helps release tension, restore balance, and build deep core strength through the Hara.

Intermediate Level

WHAT IS IT?

Power Core & Pelvic Floor

WHAT IS IT?

A targeted strength class focused on your core, glutes, and pelvic floor to improve stability, and overall functional strength. Using resistance bands, Pilates balls, and light weights, this session delivers a strong, effective burn while supporting deep core connection and pelvic health. Pregnancy-friendly with guided modifications provided.

Small Group Personal Training

WHAT IS IT?

A 45-minute small group training session using weights, machines, and bodyweight exercises to build strength, improve fitness, and support fat loss. Sessions are split by focus—lower body, upper body, and full-body HIIT—for balanced, functional training. With a maximum of 6 participants, you’ll receive personalised guidance in a supportive environment.

All fitness levels, beginners wanting guidance, and women ready to build strength, tone, and overall fitness in a semi-private setting.

Bookings close 12 hours prior to class. A minimum 12 hours’ notice is required for cancellations.

Kangoo Jump Fitness

WHAT IS IT?

A fun, high-energy workout using rebound “Kangoo” boots designed to reduce impact on the joints while boosting cardio fitness. This dynamic class helps improve endurance, burn calories, and tone the body—all while keeping things light, fun, and energetic. Call 9583 1363 to reserve your boots.

WHAT IS IT?

A high-intensity full-body workout using timed intervals to push your fitness, strength, and endurance. At Hera House, we make it easier for mums to prioritise their health and wellbeing without compromise. Our weekday in-studio creche childminding service (Monday–Friday, 8am–12pm) allows you to train with confidence, knowing your little ones are in a safe and caring environment.

So you can focus fully on your workout, your goals, and yourself – while we take care of the rest.
